Position Title: Assistant Teacher II (Old Main)
Location: Old Main, Washington
Work Schedule: 30 hours per week, M-F, Full Year
Wage: $10.02-12.50/hr
Summary Description: The Assistant Teacher supports the Teacher in planning, implementing and maintaining a nurturing and supportive educational program for participating children. The Assistant Teacher facilitates all program operations during the teacher’s absence. The Assistant Teacher has the key responsibility for carrying out duties related to site maintenance and security at the close of each day. This position also works to carry out activities covering the comprehensive nature of the program.
Qualifications: AA degree in early childhood OR 2 yrs exp in a licensed child care program AND Pre-school CDA, Related degree with 9 hrs in early childhood education

Qualifications: One of the following:
1. BA in Early Childhood Education
2. BA in a related field with 18 hours of actual early childhood coursework
3. BA in related field with current Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential and one (1) year experience working with young children
4. AA in Early Childhood Education and two years experience working with young children
5. AA in a related field with nine hours of early childhood coursework and two years experience in working with young children

Position Title: Weatherization Evaluator/Inspector
Location: Corporate Office, Hiawatha
Work Schedule: 8-5 M-F
Wage: $17.96/hr
Summary Description: The Weatherization Evaluator/Inspector is responsible for conducting energy efficiency audits and inspections related to weatherization in homes and housing units of program participants. The Weatherization Evaluator/Inspector is also responsible for preparing cost estimates, providing information to clients on weatherization methods, and preparing specification reports.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in one of the physical sciences, engineering or related field
OR
Associate degree/vocational education in one of the physical sciences, engineering or related field and two (2) years relevant experience
OR
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of housing construction, code requirements, plumbing, wiring, and energy efficiency measures and standards

Position Title: Weatherization Technician
Location: Hiawatha Office
Work Schedule: 8:00 - 4:30 M-F
Wage: $17.40/hr
Summary Description: The primary responsibility of the Weatherization Technician is to perform weatherization services in homes and housing units of program-eligible participants. Under direct supervision from the Weatherization Crew Supervisor, duties include; installing materials, operating blower doors and insulation blowers, operating other hand and power tools, performing equipment maintenance, and generally performing various aspects of manual labor.
Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Minimum of six (6) months of hands on experience performing weatherization and/or housing rehabilitation duties
3. Good knowledge of safety practices regarding the proper use of power and/or hand tools and equipment utilized to perform home weatherization/rehabilitation services
