PACES First Steps
First Steps is for those providers who have not yet decided to commit to participating in the PACES program. Providers who participate in First Steps will receive:
- Up to three home visits from the Child Care Educator (Linn County) or the Child Care Development Coordinator (Benton andJones Counties)
- Resources, information, and materials to help with their home child care business
- Information on obtaining registration as a Child Development Home with the State of Iowa DHS (if necessary)
