Freedom From Hunger

The 7th annual Freedom From Hunger Food Drive has concluded with amazing results! Local businesses contributed food and cash totaling 79.896 pounds. This surpassed the 2008 food drive by 14,000 pounds.

27 HACAP partner pantries received food from this food drive. According to Ashley Funkhauser of the Catherine McAuley Center, "The amount on our shelves is always minimal." She added that the 1000 pounds they received has already been distributed.

All items should be consumer-sized for families. Please do not donate glass, outdated or perishable items.
