XRF Lead Paint Analysis
Iowa law designates two ways to identify lead-based paint in homes, rental properties, and child care centers:
- costly destructive paint sampling and certified laboratory analysis, or
- non-destructive XRF lead paint analysis by a state certified inspector.
HACAP lead-based paint inspection services can provide the latter.

Certified in the State of Iowa we can travel the state, but focus on the eastern half.
We can perform onsite lead paint detection without the destructive and costly use of paint sampling techniques.
Our Services include:
- Lead Inspections/Risk Assessments
- Interrim Controls to temporarily reduce human exposure to lead-based paint hazards.
- Late Abatement to eliminate lead-based paint hazards.
