HACAP has been serving Eastern Iowa individuals in need since 1965. Our mission is to help people develop skills to become successful and build strong communities. HACAP offers a variety of services within their 5 initiatives (Health & Nutrition, Children, Energy Conservation, Veteran Support and Affordable Housing) that assist 72,000 individuals every year with over 300 employees in 9 counties.
