Energy Crisis Program
Apply April 1 - September 30, 2023
Do you currently have a disconnect notice, need to be reconnected, or missed a payment on your payment arrangement?
The Energy Crisis Program assists qualified applicants with their gas, electricity, or LP under 30 percent from April 1st through September 30th, or until funds have run out. If a household has a disconnect notice, has been disconnected, missed a payment on a payment arrangement, or is at 30% or below in LP, you may be eligible for crisis assistance.

Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
60+ and/or Disabled Apply October 1, 2023
Everyone else Apply November 1, 2023 - April 30, 2024
Applications for the new program year (beginning October 1) will not be accepted at this time. Persons over who are 60 or older/and or disabled will be able to apply October 1, 2023 and everyone else November 1, 2023 - April 30, 2024.
