LIHEAP (Energy Assistance)
LIHEAP season has ended for this program year on April 30, 2026. The next LIHEAP program year begins October 1, 2026 for anyone 60 or older and or disabled in the household. Everyone else may apply beginning November 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027. Funding for Crisis Assistance fluctuates throughout the year. If your gas or electricity has been shut off, or if you have a disconnect notice, please contact your local HACAP site below to see if there is anything we can do to assist.
