HACAP Hosting COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic This Saturday April 24th in Hiawatha
HIAWATHA, Iowa – April 21, 2021 – HACAP’s Family & Community Health Alliance will be hosting a COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic this Saturday, April 24 that will be open to clients and community members who have not yet received a vaccine.
In partnership with Linn County Public Health, HACAP plans to distribute 200 doses of the Moderna vaccine with appointments beginning at 9 AM and running through 1:45 PM. HACAP’s clinic will be located at 1515 Hawkeye Drive, Hiawatha 52233 (HACAP Corporate Office). Participants will be able to sign-up for an appointment online at hacap.org or by finding the sign-up webpage here. Participants will not need to provide proof of health insurance in order to receive a vaccine.
Second dose appointments will be made on May 22, 2021 at the same appointment time.
