At your WIC appointments, a Nutrition Specialist can answer any questions you have about your family’s health and nutrition. We may check heights, weights, and iron levels. We can also help you find resources in the community.

NUTRITION EDUCATION - COMPLETED TWICE A YEAR
- Can be in person. Bring your WIC card or other identification.
- Can be completed by phone. A WIC nutritionist will call you at the time of your scheduled appointment.
