If you are LIHEAP approved since October 1st, and need help with a disconnect notice, defaulted on your pay arrangement, or need help getting reconnected, you can schedule a crisis appointment below.

If you have not completed an application, please go online to do this before you can schedule an appointment.  If you have less than 30% LP or your furnace is not heating, call your local HACAP center.

Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)

The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is a federally-funded program designed to assist low income families meet the cost of home heating by providing a one-time payment to the heating utility. The LIHEAP program is a federally-funded program by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS).

Applications accepted November 1, 2023 - April 30, 2024.

Our next program year will start October 1, 2024 for elderly and disabled individuals and November 1, 2024 for all other indiviudals.
