Thanksgiving in July is a community wide food drive organized by the Mercy Health Network Iowa City, Executive Chef Ron Hall in partnership with United Way of Johnson & Washington Counties. Thanksgiving in July food drives will be held throughout the month of July by area business, civic and faith based organizations as well as interested individuals. All food and funds donated will go directly to individuals and families in need of assistance throughout Johnson & Washington Counties. You can organize your own mini food drive to help out of HACAP Washington Food Pantry.
