WIC FOOD BALANCE & BENEFITS

Benefits are loaded at 12:00 a.m. on the first day of the month.
Benefits expire at 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the month.
Benefits do not roll over to the next month.
Buy the food you need. You do not have to buy all of your foods at once.
You can check your WIC food balance in different ways:
- Use the WICShopper App.
- Look at the bottom of your last WIC shopping receipt.
- Call 1-844-234-4948
- Go to ebtEDGE.com

AT THE STORE

Have your WIC card ready.
Tell the cashier you are using a WIC card before the transaction.
There is no need to separate WIC foods from non-WIC foods, unless the cashier tells you otherwise.
Swipe your WIC card first before any other payments.
Enter your PIN number.
Approved foods will be taken off of your WIC account.
Use other payments such as SNAP, cash, or credit to pay for non-WIC items.
