LIHEAP
Assists low income families meet the cost of home heating by providing a one-time payment to the heating utility.
Affordable Housing
Providing housing for low-income families with children while managing a number of apartments and single-family dwellings.
Operation Home
Improving the housing stability of homless veterans and their families. Operation Home also offers case management services.
SNAP
SNAP provides nutrition benefits to supplement the food budget to families in need to purchase healthy foods on their own.
HACAP Food Reservoir

Family Learning Connections
Provides Linn County families with group education, resources and connections that help raise healthy, school-ready children.
Hawki/Medicaid
Hawki offers free or low-cost health care coverage for kids and teens under 19 years of age.
Head Start
Early childhood education for low-income children (ages 3-5) and their families free of cost.
WIC
Helping pregnant women, breastfeeding women, postpartum women, and children under 5 stay healthy.
Weatherization
Works to reduce personal utility costs by improving the housing stock of low-income individuals and families. The program provides services to people on fixed-incomes.
